My Mission
I'm Vice President of Consulting at Improving, where I lead with purpose, passion, and a commitment to Conscious Capitalism. I strive to embody its four tenets—higher purpose, stakeholder orientation, conscious culture, and conscious leadership—in everything I do.
What I Do
My mission is to help others achieve their goals. I lead Improving's global PATH program, empowering over 200 coaches and 2,000+ professionals to grow in their careers. I also guide business units and entrepreneurs through executive coaching and service offerings like Product Launch—helping them bring ideas to life, innovate boldly, and lead with clarity.
My Approach
I believe in the power of conscious leadership to transform both individuals and organizations. Through my work at Improving and my executive coaching practice, I help leaders develop the skills, mindset, and strategies they need to create meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
